About the BHS

The BHS was formed in 1994 to research and record the history of the Civic Parish of Bramley, Surrey and its environs, and to promote a wider awareness of matters of historic interest in the area. The Bramley Record, our magazine, is published annually for members, with various articles about local history, people and events past and present. We now have well over 150 members, and hold four meetings each year with an invited speaker.
